I honestly bought this tv stand because it was cheaper than others I had seen. I was super surprised at how good the quality is. The color is just as pictured, the fireplace gives off heat when the fan is turned on and the doors slide easily. There isn't anything I don't like about this fireplace cabinet! If you're on the fence...GET IT! First off the ordering process on Amazon was super easy. It's exactly as described & much better quality than I was expecting, honestly, for the price. It's worth every dollar even if you don't get it on sale like I did. The fireplace insert & cabinet arrived earlier than listed & on separate days, but still earlier than stated, which was within 1 week of ordering! My husband laid everything out as per instructions & had it fully together & working in about 1 hour, maybe less. It assembled super quick & he made it look easy, didn't need extra hands until aligning the top with the bottom. He used wood glue around the dowels prior to setting ea dowel into it's hole. I'm not sure if instructions said to do this or not but it really helped secure it all from extra movement, so I do suggest doing it. The barn doors slide very smooth, the wood doesn't have any flaws other than what's natural, but no knots or holes or roughness. The grey color is uniform throughout & the black detailing is rich without flaws as well. The fireplace insert has a remote to control the brightness of the fire which can be off, picture/ only no movement of flame & has 4 brightness levels of the moving flames/logs. The flames move up & away from logs like a real life fire. No crackling sound though. It's all a picture, but looks like logs are sitting on a rack burning. Such a really cool feature & invention. Then there's the heater which can be independent to the flame or together & blows out the top front of insert. The regulating blower fan could be a little quieter, but it's not bad. I wouldn't even list that as a complaint more of a heads up bc it really isn't that noisy. The temp varies from 62-84 degrees, increases in 2 degree increments & goes on & off as it tries to keep the room at your set temp. It works very well, but I have not set out a thermometer for accuracy on temp. I do know the room gets way hotter the higher I set it, so it's gotta be pretty spot on. I just am absolutely satisfied with this purchase & highly recommend this company & cabinet. If anything changes I will edit my comment. We've been using it daily now for about 2 weeks. ... show more

As you can see by the photo, the console fits snugly into the space it was intended for. This is a very heavy and stable piece of furniture, and we were pleasantly surprised at its quality considering the fair price. I spent most of an afternoon putting it together. I took inventory to make sure there were no missing pieces. The hardware comes in bags labeled from A-Z (there’s a lot of hardware) and the boards are numbered 1-20. The instructions were very clear. Follow the directions precisely, as some pieces look the same, but they may be slightly different, as in pieces 4,5,6&7. (They’re exactly the same size, but the pieces that attach to them are different.) I put a drop of the glue on each end of the dowels as I inserted them, even though I’m not sure that makes a difference. Our piece looks professionally built, all parts fit snug and square. The fake flame is quite realistic, but I wish it was a little more colorful, as in a few blue and red flames, but I’m satisfied anyway. The heater has a quiet blower and we think it will serve the purpose of helping to warm this 12 x 16 room in the winter. Our chairs are about 8 feet from it and we could feel the heat, but it’s summer, so we only tried that out for a couple minutes. All in all, we’re very happy with this product. ... show more

We were very impressed with several things: 1. The quality of the TV stand. Very well made, holes lined up fine. 2. Directions -yes it's pictures but if you orient the pieces according to the pictures it goes very smoothly. Each piece was numbered and each little part was lettered. 3. There were spare parts so when we broke two of the little round pieces there were extra included in the bag labeled spare parts. It is heavy. Took 2 of us and a dolly to move it into the room. Two people are also handy to help turn it around during installation. We got the light rustic oak and the color is very well done. The flames look good, the fan is quiet and we do wish it had a remote. ... show more

We got the 66 with the fire place and it’s beautiful. Took about 3 hours to put together but totally worth it and it feels very sturdy. The fire place and stand ship separate and you only get one tracking number so just be aware that the fire place may come about 2 days after you get the stand. My husband put the entire stand together then 2 days later added the fire place. 4 different brightness setting for the fire place and goes up to 82 degrees. ... show more
