Me and my buddy did this in 4 hours. Playing music and drinking beer before we knew it the bar was assembled and it's beautiful. Very sturdy. Don't listen to people who complain about it being "hard" to assemble. It's very simple.

I think half of the cost was for all the packing materials used. I could have used either box as a battering ram they were so well protected. THERE ARE TWO BOXES THAT WILL BE SHIPPED AND LABLED BOX A AND BOX B. YOU NEED BOTH! A MONKEY CAN PIUT THIS TOGETHER! Two monkeys make it faster. The pilot holes were perfectly lined up. All the hardware was present and labeled for easy identification. They even added a pack of spare hardware that was labeled as spare. Follow all 52 steps and this thing goes up perfectly. Only gripe is you may have to get additional wood glue for the wooden dowels. There are two small tubes provided, but I seemed to run pretty low on glue as I got to the end. The only tools I needed were a ratcheting screw driver and an Allen tip for the baseboard. I used a small powered screw gun for the clips in the back. But you do not need one to complete the task, it just makes it easier. Stay away from an actual drill as you will strip the boards. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a decently priced cabinet that is simple to build, and looks great. Just follow the simple instructions and you should have no problems. ... show more

This took a long time to assemble and was challenging at times but directions were clear and all the parts were present. Highly recommend having 2 people assemble. This is a great addition to our dining area. We bought a cabinet previously and this matches perfectly with it. The storage space could be better. The cabinets and shelves are small and not very deep, same for the drawers. This thing is very sturdy and heavy. Took a few hours to put it together with two people. It did come in two separate boxes and everything was random in each box which was frustrating as one box arrived I think two days earlier than the next. I couldn't start on one half while I waited for the other box to arrive. I had to wait for both. It for perfectly in our space and it's being used as our coffee and cocktail bar. ... show more

I am very happy with my purchase. This kitchen hutch is exactly what I was looking for. I got the antique white and it is an off-white color. It has some minor distressing to give it that antiqued or distressed look. It looks amazing in our kitchen as it actually matches our cabinets! I changed out the drawer knobs to give it a rustic touch. I love it! It came in 2 heavy boxes. Instructions were clear. It’s sturdy, spacious, and looks great! I wanted a cabinet for not only my china but also for use as a liquor cabinet. It holds my 8 piece China set with all its accessories easily! The cabinet came in 2 boxes, that were quite heavy. So grab a friend or a dolly to move. The pieces were packed with care and protection, I had NO damaged pieces. The hardware for assembly and the wood pieces were marked clearly, numbers for the wood pieces and the alphabet for the hardware(screws, bolts, handles etc). If you’re thinking you can get it assembled in an hour or 2, think again. It took my hubby about 6hrs to get it together. He took his time to get it right the first time since there is quite a few steps and various parts that go in their designated area and the instructions are a bit hard to follow. They include spare parts which was very convenient since one of the cam locks broke when he was tightening it down. They also included these stickers that matched the wood, to place over the cam locks to camouflage them. It is very sturdy and stable. Before, I had my China in a cabinet above my refrigerator. I had to drag out a step stool to reach it and made multiple trips up and down to get what I needed. Then repeat the process to put it all away. Now, I can walk over and get what I need with both feet firmly on the ground! Love, love, lOVE this cabinet! ... show more
