This cabinet is not only beautiful, but it’s very functional. The large size gives me enough storage to put everything in there that I want. The glass hangers only enable you to hold three glasses in each one. You would’ve been able to hold a fourth, if they didn’t make the flare on the end so large. The lights make it so attractive, that I love it. Not sure what happens if the lights die. Either way it’s a very attractive cabinet with the glass behind the glasses. I use the small shelf on the top for decorative items. The wine bottle holder cannot only hold wine, but also the 750 mL liquor bottles. This is a good value. It is MDF, not solid wood, but it is very substantial and a good buy for the price. As others who purchased the Light Rustic Oak have said, the finished product looks exactly like the picture. This is extremely heavy in the box. I have no idea how the fed ex man managed to get it up three steps and onto our porch by himself; he deserves an award. It’s about 150 lbs, I think. It’s also a bear to put together. If you read through the instructions closely before starting, you will be fine. It isn’t really difficult, it’s just a lot. Lots of cam bolts, lots of wooden dowels to glue in, lots of pieces and parts. However, everything is labeled well and everything aligns well. The hardest things are getting the two top surfaces in place, and that is where it would be best to have a second person helping, as you have to lift the parts, which are heavy, and fit cam bolts and dowels into the right holes along the entire width of the unit. That said, I was able to put it together by myself. However, I have a long arm span. Two people would be best, especially to put the mirrored top piece in place. It took me about 5 hours to put it all together by myself, and I was drained afterwards. Once put together, it is very sturdy. They did a great job of making it look like wood. It has the grain, what looks like occasional knotholes, and what looks like weathering and hairline cracks that look real but aren’t.. Even up close it looks like weathered wood that would give you a splinter if you ran your hand on it. It is only when you touch it and feel the smoothness when you realize it is not. I don’t really care about LED lights, but they work well. There are numerous colors, I have shown only a few, and also effects including blinking, fading, etc., plus they can be dimmed and brightened incrementally. There are three stems holders running under the top tier. Each can hold 3-4 glasses, depending on how wide the top of the glass is. I think each could hold 4 standard size wine glasses but 3 of the wide margarita glasses. The left and right cabinet shelves are adjustable, with three options to customize based on the height of what you need to store. The wine grid on the bottom is optional. It comes out and looks like it might be able to go in either of the left or right sides instead of the center if desired, though I haven’t tried that. The stickers that they give you to cover the cam lock heads are also done very well, with different grain features so you can match them up quite well with the surrounding grain and make them basically invisible. Even though I was tired after putting it together, I still found it fun putting the stickers on because they were done so well and it was neat matching them up with the grain on the piece. I would definitely buy this again, and I think it will last a long time. ... show more

I was nervous about this purchase because it was so inexpensive but one of the few wine cabinets in light color on color that coordinates with my home. I am so pleased with this cabinet. It is sturdy, packed extremely well for shipping so zero damage and looks beautiful! All the parts were there and assembly instructions were good. My husband usually gets enraged putting together furniture but not a peep from him and he said directions were great. I would definitely recommend this piece. I looove this piece. It is exactly what I was looking for my kitchen. It is true to size and description. Very sturdy. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make any adjustments- I don’t drink alcohol so I was hoping the glass holders and wine bottle shelf were things that wouldn’t be missed. And they aren’t!! The wine bottle shelf is completely removable and you just don’t have to install the glass holders. I put it together by myself in about 3 hours (had to undo and redo a few steps). If you’re familiar with putting furniture together, it is pretty easy to assemble. One step wasn’t clear and a few steps later I discovered everything was backwards. See my picture of instructions for a hint. ... show more

So be ready to assemble, a LOT. Take your time, it's worth it when you finish. It's a very fun piece with the party lights. Also matches the other furniture I purchased perfectly like they were all a dining set. It has some questionable finishes to the top counter surfaces, that I very much doubt can't get wet and survive long (not ideal for a "bar") this is why 4 stars. I did assemble alone. Wow, wow, wow! The careful packaging blew mind; this may be one of the best packaged items I've ever purchased. It's quality is impeccabe, sturdy & strong.
