A friend gave me one of these allergy pills while we were camping a couple years ago. I’m always hesitant to take allergy medicine bcuz it either makes me tired or wired and I hate both feelings so I would just suffer through allergy season. I remember having the worst allergy attack and within 45 minutes I was FINE and the best part is there are NO SIDE EFFECTS! I can even take it on an empty stomach, and I have a sensitive stomach. This product Fexofenadine has the same active ingredient in that is in Allegra. I took a pharmacology class when I was in an Associates of Applied Science program in my 20’s. One of the things I learned was that name brand companies can sell exclusively a product until their drug’s patent wears out. And than other manufacturers can produce that product as a generic product. Many older over the counter (OTC) drugs are available as generics. I NEVER buy an OTC medication name brand if there is an available generic. I of course do my research, but it saves me money, and I get the same active ingredient(s). This product works very effectively and just as good as Allegra for my allergies. ... show more
