Rotary chuck works fine. Setup in LightBurn is straight forward but make sure to follow every point covered in the installation guide. Especially the PS items right on the last page relating to starting position. Only disappointment is the lack of raiser legs required to get the gantry to clear the rotary chuck. Found much cheaper alternatives that actually work better. This was too difficult to set up compared to my other rotary tools

Very inaccurate. I like creality lasers and printers but this rotary tool is junk and customer service is non existent. Sorry creality. I gotta be honest. This device is junk and I won't buy another creality device because of it and your customer service.

This unit is well built and seams to be able to engrave most things. Contacted customer service with questions and they were fast to respond.

This chuck rotary performs very well and is very easy to use. The construction is nice and solid with a good amount of weight to it. My only complaint is that the cable connection feels very fragile like it could snap off with little effort. Just like having to yank the cord from the y-axis stepper, it resembles more of an afterthought. ... show more
