  • My New Backpack
This thing is awesome! It's tough, water resistant and the multi functionality of the numerous pockets combined with the waterproof cover that folds out of a bottom pocket make it a must buy for long trips and off grid journeys. Worth every penny.

  • Complete backpack with several faraday pockets
I love the quality and the design. It has military grade faraday pockets for a laptop, phone, tablet and keys. It also has a strengthened compartment for your glasses. And a really useful rain cover on a hidden pocket. The only point I dislike (and here it is about a personal preference, not a default) is the fact that it is a bit too big for an everyday use when walking. Even though, it is a truly comfortable backpack to wear. And it fully deserves 5 stars. ... show more

  • Quality and Durability that keeps all of your data safe
Versatility with all of the unique pockets make it easy to keep things organized. Being able to access my laptop and devices without digging through the entire bag is a major plus. The Bag is considerably light, yet the durability is top notch due to the engineering and care that went into making this thing. I am often traveling through airports and major social areas all around the world. It is nice not having to worry about my data being stolen or abused. This bag will definitely be replacing my laptop case and carry-on backpack! SOLID PURCHASE ... show more

  • Faraday pockets are just a bit too small.
It's always nice when product designers advertise their product as having slightly lower specs than what they actually have to make sure that if you are getting it, it is going to meet your needs if you buy it based on specs. The advertised dimensions for the laptop faraday pouch EXACTLY fit the size of my laptop. But to my dismay, this means that I can't actually roll the velcro over twice the way you are supposed to. If they want to say it fits a certain size laptop, having it have even just 0.5 inches extra would've really made the difference. I did find a sort-of workaround to make it work - and hopefully it is actually providing faraday protection. Or better yet, hopefully I never have to find out whether it is providing faraday protection for my laptop. The tablet and phone pouches easily fit my devices and I love those. And they at least seem to provide sufficient protection in that my phone won't ring when in there. For additional backup, I do have my tablet now set up to act as a pseudo-backup to my laptop. At least I will have the data even if it is a bit clunky to use as a laptop if for some reason the laptop pouch isn't properly protected and it turns out to be needed for protection from EMP destruction. ... show more

  • This bag isn’t blocking bluetooth
I have my laptop in my bag. Turned on “find my” on my phone… I’ll be damned if it didn’t find my laptop. I am sitting three feet away from it, so maybe it’ll block bluetooth to a certain extent. But to the extent that bluetooth is a vulnerability, you could be a table over and exploit it.

  • Actually works
Love this backpack. Literally tried every backpack I could for mainly laptop carrying and lugging around random stuff. Anyways l wanted an emp proof / faraday one so I bought this. By far the best backpack I’ve owned. Tons of room and the faraday works. Put my phone in there and call it. Just doesn’t even ring for a good 20 seconds then goes to voicemail haha love it ... show more

  • Warning! Upon Getting This Backpack, Your jaw Might Drop to the Ground and Stay There for Days...
And then, until you get used to it? Everytime you go to mess with it, your jaw will drop to the ground again for long periods of time... lol! But all kidding aside, this backpack certainly is, the definitive offgrid electronics security backpack. Don't misunderstand though. The whole bag isn't like a big faraday case. What it has is different compartments that are. Which leads to my one complaint about this. And it's not really the backpack that I have a complaint about. It's the listing. So, to whoever has made the listing, if you're going to ask that type of money for this? Would you please put the measurements of all of these, "faraday pockets?" I mean, unless I missed it, the only measurements listed are of the bag as a whole. And so, what if a customer has a laptop that's 17" wide and they assume it will fit in the laptop faraday pocket? Well, they're going to be disappointed aren't they? I'm sorry though. I'm not trying to be mean or anything. I'm just trying to convey why that might be so important. Thankfully, I noticed this and went and took the measurements for the faraday pockets for everyone, as best as I could. It was kind of tricky getting these measurements, so they aren't exact, but they should be really close. Oh, and they are listed as, "length x width." Or, in even more basic terms, "vertical measurement x horizontal measurement." Anyway, here they are: -- Laptop Pocket: 15" x 11" -- Tablet Pocket: 12½" x 8" -- Cell Phone Pocket: 6" x 7" -- Key Fob Pocket: 3" x 6" So yes, a laptop with a 15" screen should fit in there. I put one into the faraday pocket for the laptop and it fit just fine, while being able to fold the top twice, like it says you need to be able to do. If you have a laptop with a 17" screen though? I'm afraid it's not going to fit in the faraday pocket. Anyway, moving on with the review... Everything about this backpack is top notch and high quality! I've never seen so many pockets on a backpack, and they are engineered so that it doesn't seem like they could all possibly fit in the space that they do, but they do, lol. There's also little touches, like the two side, lower pockets that face you. Or, face the side with the straps. One of them has an elastic band to hold something in it, and the other one has a string that you can adjust the tightness of, to hold things in. The hard case pocket for sunglasses is actually quite deep as well, and might even fit two pairs of sunglasses, depending on the sunglasses. And yeah, it would be nice if the whole thing was waterproof to begin with, but having a waterproof cover to put around it, stowed away in a little pocket at the bottom, is better than not having any protection from water at all. And the last thing worth mentioning, is the incredible padding on, and around the shoulder straps... VERY nice! ... show more
