The product is good for the eyes. I have cataracts so I'm doing all I can to slow the progression. The zeaxanthin and lutein are low, so I will continue to use additional mg, which I'm already taking. I do appreciate the other additional vitamins in this formul.., saves money.

I know they aren't supposed to, but there is still a slight fishy after taste for an hour or so after taking them. Other than that, very easy to swallow.
