The capsule is about the same size as fish or flaxseed oil and doesnt have any lind of odd taste or anything. No way to really tell how much your body actually absorbs and doesn't make you feel any different (for me atleast). We will see how it goes once I finish one bottle. My wife however is saying they are helping reduce some nerve pain in her hands but she takes B12 with it (both the main ingredients in that $60 nervia stuff). this is a good combination of ingredients, good dose of ALA and best delivery method for fair price. considering all 4, value is hard to beat. also, highest concentration of ubiquinol i could find for the money.
