This humidor, for the money is an absolute steal! I seasoned it for about 3 days with some boveda packs, wiped down the tray with distilled water and this thing does what it is supposed to do. I keep 30 smokes on the bottom (stacked two high) and about 20-25 more up top. You could fit about another 20 or 30 in there, but then it would look too jam packed for my liking. A gift from my wife over a year ago and has been a beautiful display piece under my bourbon shelves. The drawer became progressively harder to pull out and return to the point the front handle was useless. I had to use my fingernails to pry open enough to get it open. I dealt with it until the hygrometer went out (yes I changed the battery). I emailed Case Elegance and they quickly responded. I delayed my return email and they followed up👍🏼. I sent my pics and video of the problem and Jon promptly sent a BRAND NEW Octodor with priority shipping! I was only hoping for a new hygrometer however I am VERY pleased I have a new one because they redesigned the lower drawer and it is easier to open!! THANK YOU JON and CASE ELEGANCE! It is worth the $199 but if it's on sale it's an even better value! ... show more

As I always do... before I purchase something, I research and research only because I have learned most things are over rated. Well... as I researched Case Elegance humidors, I was very impressed with there products. So I finally made up my mind and purchased the Octodor. Ok people... Not only is this humidor absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship is award winning. Everything described was spot on! At the beginning of the seasoning process, I noticed the removable tray had a small flaw. So I contacted support and let me tell you... these people are ON IT! Not only did they quickly respond to me, they immediately shipped me a new tray with expedite shipping. Then, for my minor inconveniences, they also sent me the Claro accessory bundle free of charge. WOW! I still can't believe it. Talk about great customer service. They've answered every question I had and shared some good pointers. So... all that being said, if you are looking for a quality humidor with excellent support and quality accessories, then with out a doubt, Case Elegance is the way to go!!! Trust me... I want to say that I love this humidor. It is beautiful, and the only one my wife actually likes. I purchased the Octodor on Amazon and it came the next business day! It was very securely packaged and that was the first thing that impressed me. Once I got through the packaging, the next thing that impressed me was the craftsmanship of this humidor; the humidor is beautiful and perfect. In addition, the company even included everything needed to perfectly season the humidor! The hardest part is waiting for the humidor to be ready. Fantastic looking humidor . The piano black finish is a real eye catcher ! The included humidification system works to perfection so far and is very easy to do . The drawer on the bottom is a real added bonus to store my cutter and lighter . I seasoned this for 10 plus days and double checked the hygrometer by buying a small govee bluetooth model . The readings are almost identical . The customer service as i read in multiple other reviews is just fantastic . I had a small issue with the divider on the top tray being a warped . I sent an email at 10pm on a Sunday night and got a response within 30 minutes ! I had a new divider at my house within a few days.
