I needed a modern chair and amazon was the last place I would have thought to find one. First of all the price its totally worth it. The box was big but was easy to carry inside. I would say maybe about 30 lbs. My 10yo was able to drag the box In himself. Once opened each piece was nicely wrapped in plastic. Instructions were easy to put together. I did have some issues screwing on some of the pieces because the bolts just wouldn’t catch. But have some time it finally came together. I’m not a handy person so I think someone with furniture building experience wouldn’t have the issue. Once all assembled the chair is sturdy and comfortable.
