I am 6’5” and weigh 360 pounds. I ordered a size 5 and even with my heavy hunting clothes on, I still have plenty of room with no binding up. Hard to find a life jacket to fit me especially with heavy jackets and bibs on. Best one I have bought!

I like the colors and overall design. I bought 2: one gray, and one red, for my wife and I. They're pretty slim, and not too bulky, which is something I'm after so it doesnt impede mobility. Luckily we haven't capsized the kayak yet, but we assume they float, lol.

I normally wear a XL, The Manuf size chart indicated a L (size 42), other reviews were mixed on the size to get, so I ordered my normal XL (size 52), which, straps adjusted out, fit perfectly. I would suggest ordering a size bigger than you normally wear. The D ring is great. It would be nice if the vest had a couple of velcro pockets, not sure where they go though, 4 straps use allot of space on the jacket. ... show more

Good fit and comfortable. Used for dinghy sailing and kayak. No problem with paddling. Wish it had pockets though. Keeps you warm like a quilt vest. Great in cool conditions like where I go. Might not be good in a warm climate.
