As a big man I've struggled to find a life jacket off the shelf in our local stores. One of the hazards of on-line shopping has always been uncertainty about size. When the first jacket ordered was too small I returned it for a larger size and was delighted at how seamless the process was. I downloaded a code onto my phone and took the product, in its original box, to the UPS store. They printed the label and at no cost to me I was able to return it for the correct size.
