I like this abdominal binder. It stays where you put it and gives you plenty room for adjustment. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit hard to get it on. You have to hold one hand on the binder and one on your person, which makes it a little hard to get on...but once you get it on, it stays on, which is much better than many of the others. I would suggest you get it and try it, if you don't like it you can always return it. ... show more

I mean it will work great but the question is for how long? So it sticks so good the velcro after once on and off lifted the material so much this would never hold up to being put on and off every day. In my opinion, you would have to step into it and stretch it up in place if you want it to last.

It's not comfortable but it an abdominal belt. It's not meant for comfort exactly. On the other hand, it is great support. It is easy to put on and take off. It is easy to wash and it hides well under a shirt.
