My hairstylist recommended this product to me when I was 3 months postpartum with my first pregnancy. I was experiencing major lair loss and it was very effective. After I delivered my second baby, I started using this immediately and had minimal hair loss. I used this for a year postpartum and then switched over to regular nutrafol and my hair has been great for the last three years. I didn't expect it to work so well because I had SERIOUS postpartum hair loss. I had to do the millennial comb over to cover the bald spots. It tells you to take 4 pills a day for 3 months to see results. I took two maybe three pills inconsistantly for 10 months. As you can tell by the length of the little hairs on my forehead it still works. I could not recommend it enough ... show more
