I am in my early 40’s. My “temple” area on both sides has really stated to thin, different reasons, becoming almost embarrassing if I wear a ponytail up or my hair pulled back in a bun. I have tried so many different products. Topical. Oral. This looks s the only product that actually works. I actually have had my hair start to grow back in the desired areas, which have been my two main areas of focus. I LOVE this product because it is not oily like the other topical products out there. I can actually use this in the am before work, brush it through my hair, like I normally would brush my hair, and it does NOT make my hand look greasy or oily. Nor does it make me break out. This is the only product I have found that I can apply am/pm and not have oily hate, breakout from oil getting in my skin while I sleep, etc. The truck is you must really massage the product into the area where you want to see the hair regrow, like a circular motion, and you must be consistent. Must! After messaging into the temple areas, I brush through my hair to distribute any left over product. I am going to start focusing on my scalp and “nape” area next to see what type of regrow results I see as far as thickness. I have seen a lot less shedding since I started using this product as well, which is a big problem for me. Yes, this product is a little more pricey that some others, BUT IT WORKS. I have tried several other hair growth products with no luck. My dr. told me there is nothing that works on alopecia and that I should probably learn to live with it. I have a minor case, but it is a distinctive circular bald patch on the crown of my head. I have long blonde hair so have become quite adept at covering it up by styling, but I still knew it was there and it made me feel old. I did my research before buying this product as it was pricey. My research on other hair growth products listed some side effects I was not comfortable with. Since this was all natural with no side effects I thought I would give it a try. If it doesn't work, I figured I was just putting natural ingredients on my scalp and what was the harm of that. Because I didn't think it would work, I took no pictures. I don't even remember when I started using it but now that I have finished my first bottle, the bald patch on the crown of my head has shrunk dramatically. In combination with this and additional research, I bought a scalp massager and increased my probiotic since I read both of these helped. (My dr. approved my probiotic increase). This product has helped me grow hair back on my head and has helped me feel better about my appearance. I would say that is worth $58.00! I initially bought one from sephora at $75 which is pretty expensive for such a small bottle. But my hair was thinning at rapid speed so I had to give it a try. Sephora one worked great. I was very happy with the product. To be more budget friendly, I ordered from Amazon since it was the same item for 20$ less. However, it was not the same at all. The moment I started using it, I felt that my hair was back to its thinning state. And every time I wash my hair, so many strands come out both during shower and after shower. I haven’t seen that much came out while I was using the first bottle. I was happy because I was only seeing 2-5 strands came out while brushing. Amazon one was disappointing. So I compared two bottles and saw a few differences. Left is from Sephora and right one is from Amazon. I’m not sure it’s a dupe item or an old item whichever it was, it did not work. Maybe if they start shipping out the newer lot items, they could work. But mine seems to be an old one. And they prob didn’t storage well at the warehouse. So I don’t recommend risk buying from here but at the beauty store instead. ... show more

This product was recommended to me by my hair stylist for promoting hair growth. It's very expensive for the size and I'm not entirely sure if it's doing anything. The smell is lovely and the texture is nice however makes my hair very oily the next day.
