    • Happily Surprised With Hair Growth!
I did not actually expect this product to help re-grow hair, but was bascially feeling desperate, so decided to give it a try. I figured it couldn't get any worse. Turned 60 this year and my hair was thinning. My hairline was also receding. I figured nothing could work against age related hair loss. But, I had nothing to lose (other than more hair) so decided to give Nutrafol a try. I've been using this product now for six weeks. In addition, I decided to also use rosemary oil. Some studies show that using rosemary oil can be as effective as Minoxidil to regrow hair. I use three teaspoons almond oil mixed with 12 drops of rosemary oil applied to thinning areas of my scalp three times a week. I also increased the amount of protein I eat. I make sure to use the full dosage of four capsules of Nutrafol daily. After six weeks, I actually have over 1/4 inch of new hair growing in the areas where my hairline had receded as well as one small area that had become so thinned that it was nearly bald in that spot. Surprisingly, the new growth is a shade darker than my previous blonde. In recent years the blond has become mostly white to grey. Not sure why the new growth is darker than my previous color, but I'll take it! Not only is the new hair over 1/4 inch long, but it is also filled in with a lot of new hairs. I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. I told my husband that if I didnt get this hair issue reversed, my two Harleys were going up for sale, because I wasnt going to be a bald biker chic. He is the one who told me about this product. After two weeks of using this, I am seeing new growth all over my head. I am also using rosemary oil daily and use a scalp massager daily. Along with these, I take collagen peptides. So, I can't say for sure what is working - it could be a combination of everything. But this product has to be playing a role in this without a doubt. I started taking fish oil supplements today also, which are supposed to be good for hair growth. Am hoping to get at least 50% back of what I have lost over time, and get it thickened back up again. Im doing everything I can short of seeking professional help and spending thousands of $$$ on PRP or transplants. Fingers crossed! *Update* Am thru my first bottle and just ordered my second. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal.     • It's been two months, and my shedding has decreased
I am going through perimenopause and my hair has thinned out, particularly at the top/hairline. I started taking Nutrafol and I am giving it six months to see if there's a noticeable difference. I am on my second month and while I have not noticed any hair growing in, I have noticed a marked decrease in shedding - both in the shower and on the bathroom floor after I blow out my hair.     • Not sure hair is growing where it needs to
I'm starting my 3rd month of this. I don't know if it's a coincidence but I have been sleeping much better through the night since I started taking this. I struggled with waking up every night around 2-3am and not being able to fall back asleep for at least a year now. As far as hair growth, I've noticed new hair growth on parts of my eyebrows that have been bare for years and have been tattooed. I also notice body hair growing faster and started developing growth on my upper lip. I have not however noticed any hair growth in the areas I need it in, which was the crown of my head, the part and my hair line.     • I can't believe I'm actually growing hair!
I have just completed 4 months on nutrafol for women over 45 years. Never did I think I would be able to grow hair and this has miraculously worked. I had severe hair loss from a medication, my hair was coming out in clumps. My doctor recommended this product and said it would take 4-6 months to work. I have been taking it for 2 months and already have hair sprouting! I stopped the medication causing the hair loss and of course that solved the hair falling out, but this product seems to be helping with the re-growth!
