When I have a two a day (BJJ in the morning and Muay Thai at night) I drink this during and after training and it’s amazing. I don’t crash anymore during or after training sessions. I am a professional athlete who works in the sun all day in Southern California. I add 1.5 scoops to a gallon and call it good. The flavor is great!!! I will buy this again and don’t plan on switching any time soon.

I usually use this product in a different flavor and order from the company! However, I ran out of the regular Intra Blast and needed refilled quickly. I checked with Amazon and they had it so I ordered the Sweet Tea and it arrived the next day. I use the Intra Blast as I am working out in the gym. I've trained with, and without this product. What I've found is that recovery is far better with! Less sore, more energy. It has many of the elements the body needs when engaging in high level, stress activities. I use it for weight training and physical activities, I drink it when I work outdoors. I purchase this product to use after my competition kickboxing class in the evening. It reduces sore time and is my last meal/beverage before bed. The sweet tea flavor tastes good and works well for me.
