I spoke a lot on the awesome Blu Oyster Mushroom BloomBox by NuBlume in my last video but I also need to talk about the Lion's Mane BloomBox by NuBlume and touch on a few of the details that set NuBlume BloomBox apart. 1. The NuBlume BloomBox comes with awesome heavy-duty tent bags with slide zipper that the competition doesn't provide. 2. The NuBlume BloomBox comes with a glass spray bottle that is very attractive and the competition comes with a low quality plastic spray bottle. I use the NuBlume sprayer to mist the competition. 3. The instruction sheet with how to and mushroom facts that NuBlume provides is 2-3 times the quality as the competition. How do I know this? I bought the competition also. The box came kind of mangled bc it was shipped in a flimsy bag, but everything in the box was perfectly fine, I just can’t use the handle at the top.     • Quality Product AND Great Results
I watched a video with a chef cooking Lions Mane Mushroom and seasoning it like a steak. With my background in hospitality and the restaurant business, I wanted to replicate the recipe, but also do it in a sustainable way. The results were fun, even though great patience and dedication was required to wait the weeks require to grow the mushrooms. With minimal efforts, the first harvest was both a 4" long and a 6" long mushroom that were very dense, which were great for searing and flavoring in a cast iron skillet. The results were delicious, and I discovered I DO LIKE Lions Mane Mushrooms. I am growing my second harvest now, and look forward to trying yet another recipe soon. Price was good. Size of box was good. It’s been close to 2 weeks and there’s nothing growing. I can see the mycelium but there is not lions mane growing. Will be getting a refund. North Spore and Back To Roots brands are the best. Do not buy this one. Also came with a coupon for a free grow box but all the links are junk and don’t work. Was in touch with the owner and he was AWESOME. He honored the coupon that didn’t work and gave me 2 free boxes to try again. He was very apologetic and I can tell it bugged him I was having a struggle. I did try and grow the other 2 boxes. The first one didn’t grow anything and the second grew what looked like lions mane but it wasn’t toothed. I broke them open to look inside and they looked decent but I didn’t feel good about trying to eat them. I flipped the box over and I’m trying to get a second flush from the box. Maybe 3rd time is a charm? ... show more
