I will say I did have an issue explaining to the wife that it is not meant for outdoors, as she wanted to be near her on the porch. Once she understood, she moved it next to the bed. It has given her enough plugs for her needs, with a bonus of the USB adapters. I can't truly say we have tested the speed of the charging, as most of her USB products will charge fine with a trickle charger. Cable size was decent for our needs and so far cant complain. I like that it is a flat plug which will take up less space when plugged in and it will be flat on the ground too. The pink color was an added plus since I got this for my wife and she likes it too. Not only is it a pleasing pink, but it has a low profile plug which allows it to more easily fit in a tight space (behind furniture). In addition, it also has three USB charging ports (two regular and one USB-C).
