It worked amazing till Saturday, I lost about 3/4 a pitcher because something came loose and it all poured out. I'm guessing it was a freak thing that quality control didn't catch. Not sure if I should just throw it away

I was pleasantly surprised this works very well. I have made a lemonade slushy and margarita the consistency is actually just like what I would get in a restaurant. I have only used it twice but so far so good. I found that when you dispense you need to have it running. If not the small ice chunks left well prevent it from dispensing. Great if you are having a party because you don't have to keep making more batches. Haven't quite got the blending down because the ice kept floating to the top and could never get the slushy consistency. I will keep trying :)
