    • Yummy berry flavor. Quality supplements.
I am a fan of Nordic Naturals products and I was excited to try their magnesium gummies. Nordic Naturals is known for their high quality, research backed supplements. These gummies are non-gmo, vegan, and contain some organic ingredients. They have a delicious berry flavor (the lavender is barely perceptible). I let 2 other people try the gummies and we all agreed they were tasty. I've been taking 2-3 gummies nightly and they seem to work well for me. I usually take my serving before bed. The gummies go to work almost instantly. I'll spend about 15 minutes reading before I start to feel drowsy, at which point I turn off the light, close my eyes and am probably completely asleep 10 minutes later. One serving (3 gummies) contains 300mg of magnesium, which safely meets the daily recommended allowance for most adults. There are 60 gummies in a package, which equates to a 20 day supply; however, I've found that I don't necessarily feel like I need to take 3 every night. A 20 day supply seems a bit odd (why not a month?), and 3 gummies may feel like too large a serving for people adverse to sweet gummies. I wish Nordic Naturals could figure out a way to make it 2 gummies per day in a 30 day supply. Otherwise, these supplements are great! ... show more

    • They are sticky.
UPDATE: I have to admit the flavor has really grin on me. I actually went in to look for this product to order more. The stickiness works because only the flat side see a to be sticky and since you need two per set I g, they come out in pairs. I’ve actually been using this and not had any melatonin for a few days and still sleep well. I’m going to order more. Original: I like magnesium to keep from getting cramps and to sleep well at night. This supplement has an interesting taste of blueberry and lavender. Not everyone is going to like this flavor. I’m not in love with it. What I really don’t care for is the gummies appear to be sticky. They are really sticky on their flat bottoms and stick to each other. They come out of the jar looking like eggs. Overall they are ok but not my favorite. ... show more

(nothing in this review should be considered to be medical advice) For years when I had leg cramps at night I would bump up my potassium intake with avocados or bananas. For some reason that wasn't working any more so after some research I started taking Magnesium Citrate. I first tried a gummy that was loaded with sugar and while it tasted okay, the recommended daily dose was pushing 15 carbs and it made me want to take more like candy. I switched to the massive gel caps you see on the right in the second photo. They're big things to swallow. The Nordic Naturals gummies have a nice flavor that isn't too sweet and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. I much prefer them to my current gel caps but... the gel caps are about $17 for 60 day supply and the Nordic Naturals are about $22 for 30 days. That price difference will keep me on the cheaper path. I might be ignoring big differences in the chemical makeup of the two products but price rules for a retired guy like me. ... show more

    • Great for Sleep and Muscle Recovery
As someone who has had trouble with buying counterfeit vitamins online in the past, I was pleased to see Nordic Naturals with such a strong presence on Amazon. We've used Nordic Naturals products for years and have always been happy. In the past, we have purchased them through our acupuncturist. When ordering health products I always look for a few things. Most importantly, does the brand have a presence that makes it look like they are officially selling through this channel? Then I look at the individual seller. Is it the manufacturer or a third party? And finally, does it look like I can contact the manufacturer if I have any trouble. In this case, Nordic Naturals checks all the boxes. I like taking magnesium for a number of reasons, primarily for sleep and muscle recovery. Honestly, I need all the help I can get and since these taste good it makes them easier to remember to take. I just finished my bottle and there were no noticeable effects. Did not help with my premenopausal sleep issues at all.

    • Quality & tasty magnesium
As an adult with ADHD, gummy vitamins really help me remember to take my vitamins as I look forward to the tasty treat at the end of the day. However, it is difficult to find gummy vitamins, especially magnesium ones, that do not contain gelatin. Not only are these gelatin-free, they have a delicious generic berry flavor. They're a little pricey, as you have to eat three of them for one dose, but they are worth it. Taking this at the end of the day keeps me from having legs cramps/restless legs and helps me sleep well. Good sleep and magnesium are essential to feeling your best, and most Americans are deficient in both. Just make sure you take this at the end of the day because it will make you relaxed and sleepy. ... show more
