I used magnesium for a long time but I didn't know that they are false advertisement because they did not describe magnesium amount of a serving as elemental magnesium. So my calcium intake is more than Magnesium. When my bone density is not improved and a bone spur under my foot, I looked up google and found out the mistake.     • Foot Cramps are Gone
I like this form of magnesium. My research showed me that this type of magnesium is easy on the digestive system and is well absorbed into the body. I take 3 capsules a day - morning, afternoon and night. When I'm not taking this supplement, or when I'm not getting enough magnesium, I get foot cramps in the night. But, I don't have the foot cramps when I'm taking this supplement. It's doing a great job, and I have no digestive upset. I can take it with food or without.
