I have tried many magnesium supplements over the years to help with absorption of 50,000 units of vitamin D. My pancreas is not functioning. And this the best product: doesn’t give any side effects, also helps with sleep. It’s pure and properly tested like all Pure Encapsulation supplements. I only use Pure Encapsulation ( if I can afforded it) or Thorne products and that is based on my 15 year trial experience. If you also take vitamin D, my recommendation is Forest Leaf: their product is very good and significantly more affordable than Pure Encapsulation vitamin D. ... show more

I don’t have any issues with them. But my doc says I need 500 mg a day at my age so I have to take 4 of these and I’m still a little short. Would love one that I could just take one pill. I don’t really notice the ways that it’s supposed to help me relax and sleep better. Could just be me though!

I started using this to help me sleep. I take one an hour before bedtime and within an hour I am fast asleep. I have also noticed that I sleep better when I take it. The pills are slightly large but not too hard to swallow.
