  • Stubborn grout stains - worked great!
I am still in a liitle bit of shock at how well this worked. It is rare that I leave a review but this product and results compelled me to! I am in a rental and could never get the yellow out of the grout by the toilet (man splash!!). I even tried the magical grout cleaner starting with a “Z”. I will use this for dual purpose I have pets too, but without any elbow grease or scrubbing the results were quite noticeable to me. The fact that it is odor free is a huge bonus since my pets are sensitive to smells. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Purrrrfect
This is my go to spray. Not just for the pets but for anything it doesn’t have a scent maybe a little bit of a bleach smell but just barely barely but what it does do is take away smells. So you’re not Just praying flowers or such to try to cover a smell and now you . I like this because it cleans the air. ... show more

  • Easy clean/up
My older dog has some “accidents” and I find this product t really help clean-up with its ease of use and effectiveness of odors. It’s worth the cost.

  • Not actually unscented
With severe allergies to chemicals and oders/scents, I really had hoped this was truly unscented. It does have a lighter scent than many products, but that did not prevent it causing a mild respiratory reaction. Other than the scent, which would probably only bother those like me who are very sensitive, it works quite well. ... show more

  • Works with ZERO scent!
I have hyperosmia (super power level sense of smell) and cannot handle most pet sprays. Even regular cleaning products that don't make me feel ill are hard to find...but the house MUST be kept clean because I can smell a mildewed washrag from 8' away and dog urine from the next room! If the puppy (a Shih Tzu with a little bit of Pug mixed in) messes in the middle of the night, the smell wakes me up. THIS IS THE ONLY SPRAY I have found that doesn't mask pet odors with a bunch of perfumes! It gets the area and objects clean without damage. I've used it extensively on vinyl plank flooring, wood furniture legs/kitchen island base, a hand-tufted wool rug 😑, the nice runner in the picture, and other throw rugs and runners, AND MY COUCH 🤬! None have ever suffered damage... and I was nervous about the nice rugs and couch. I don't know what kind of magic surface my couch is made of, but I have used this spray to get dog urine, marker and ink pen off without a problem. (It feels like a cross between microfiber and leather.) Occasionally, I have had to clean off the exposed stitching at the seams a second time, but that makes sense since they absorb more. (This stupid nose smells the leftover urine after we sit on the couch a while and warm up the surface with our body heat 🤢.) I've even let the spray sit on the surface longer than normal so it would get down in the cracks as far as the "mess" did, with no damage. Sheesh...this review is making me think that I should take out stock in the company 😆! I've NEVER had this much trouble house training a dog! BOTTOM LINE: I won't buy anything else! ... show more

  • Has horrible bleach like odor
I was very disappointed in this product. I sprayed it in a small area and immediately there was a very strong odor of bleach type cleaners. When I read the ingredients it contains a" biodegradable chlorine base deodorizer." I was very disappointed that it's sold as a "natural" product... I suppose technically it may be natural, but it smells even harsher than the average cheap chlorine-based products you could buy at Walmart. My skin on my face was burning from just being in the room with this smell I had to open the windows to air out the room. I definitely not would not want to use it around my dogs. ... show more

  • This is how it works
I hope this review helps someone. I have a rental unit where the tenant allowed their dog to pee between the storm door and the house door. When you opened the storm door you were punched in the face with urine smell. Some backstory on urine smell: The reason why dog/cat urine smells is that their urine contains something called urea. Bacteria eat this urea and the byproduct is the "urine" smell we all know and hate. They basically eat urea and belch urine smell. This is why when it is humid it stinks more. It's because it is wet and the humidity allows more bacteria to grow which eats more and puts out more smell. There are three ways to combat this. The first is with scents. The scents either overpower the smell of the bacteria, or they add to it making it smell like something else. The second is through enzymes. Enzymes are like the bacteria, they eat the urea but they do not put out urine smell as a byproduct. With enzymes though, they can only do their job as long as it is wet. Once the area dries, the enzymes die and stop working. If there is still urea there, bacteria will grow and the smell comes back. You can try to keep the area wet, while the enzymes do their work, but then you run the risk of creating mold. The third way to combat urine smell is this product. It is an anti-bacterial agent. So it just kills the bacteria for a while. If the bacteria is dead, it can't eat the urea and therefore it can't make the urine smell. However, eventually the anti-bacterial properties will dissipate and bacteria will start to grow again, and the smell will come back eventually. It is a great novel way to stop the smell. In my case, it didn't work at all. Only a new coat of paint solved the problem. By encapsulating the urea the bacteria can't get to it. Understand that the only way to end urine smell permanately is to get rid of the urea. To do that you need either the bacteria to eat it, or enzymes to eat it. Something's got to eat it. ... show more
