The chair is very nice when assembled. It’s comfortable and it is good quality. You must assemble the chair, and I found the video on YouTube to be better then the instructions included with the package. Their packing is impeccable — a lot of thought went into how they lay each part into the box. We purchased two chairs and discovered that we were missing one small bag of important small screws and parts. We were concerned how much back-and-forth we would need to do with Customer Service. But I emailed their C.S. before bed and woke the next morning to an email response from Daniel (that is the customer service person who I assume takes all emails) written back about 45 mins after my initial email. We emailed back and forth several times, and then he had the bag of parts sent from China. I received about 10 days later. Totally surprised how prompt they were, since it feels unusual these days to receive prompt responses that actually solve my issue. But this company is VERY GOOD! Highly recommend. If you see another review that is exactly the same—it’s not a BOT. It’s just the fact that I purchased two chairs for my kids — one blue and one red. Both look and work great!!! ... show more

In the first picture you can see that the base broke where the wheel connects. In the second picture the base has been replaced and chair is back in working order. I was completely blown away by the clear communications I had with Daniel. His fast response to the problem and setting up the new base to be delivered to us. I bought a gaming chair because I wanted to invest in a comfortable work chair to work from home. It did come it dirty with marks but thankfully it was at the bottom of chair, so I didn’t mind. The chair does tip over to the front since all the weight is at the back of the chair. I actually fell forward a couple of times. Other than that I do love how soft and comfortable it is. I purchased this for my boyfriend and he loves it. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the leg rest could be longer or more adjustable for taller men. Overall the chair is best for posture, comfortability, and support. I may have to purchase myself a chair as well.

My kid got this during christmas. It lasted exactly a year. He would sleep on the thing, i totally don't recommend that. Anyways the leg support broke out of the bottom of the chair and the arm ended up tearing off. I bought a GTplayer for this christmas, but this kid is tough on chairs. Need a seriously heavy duty one. Like the ones they use at Zoos, or in Psych hospitals. ... show more

I have been using regular office chairs at my work desk for my whole life. They are a little cheaper than this, but the quality of this chair (so far) is soooo worth it. Incredibly easy to assemble, so comfortable! I'm around 250 and the chair holds me very well. I put it together in less than 20 minutes using the included tools and instructions. I originally wrote my review for this chair after owning it for about two weeks. It has now been over six months, so I decided to come back and update this review. I’ll start by saying, if you’re a larger person, like myself, this chair is plenty wide enough for just about anyone. It has an exceptionally large seat, and the arm rest are adjustable to a comfortable height. I’m 6’3 so I typically keep them all the way up. The large back rest is also a plus. The materials used are also good quality. At first, I loved this chair, it was comfortable, sturdy and I liked the look. After having it for about two months, part of the seat cushion support broke. No big deal, as it was still working fine, however the customer service did not follow Amazon’s recommendations of not giving out personal information. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t want to give you certain information over an internet chat. I won’t hold that against them, because they were very responsive to my inquiries. I use this chair for my WFH job, and one day while in a meeting, a screw fell out of the bottom of the chair, when I went to fix it later that day, I saw a lot of the screws were starting to back out. When I assembled the chair, I got everything hand tight, then used a drill to snug them up further. I was shocked to see screws backing out, especially on a new chair. This is a concern for me because I like to lean back from time to time, and if I wasn’t aware of this issue, I could have taken a fall. I snugged all the screws back up, and have been keeping an eye on them since. As I mentioned earlier, I do like to lean back in my chair from time to time. Maybe it’s just mine, but when I lean back, it has a tendency to lean to the right side. Honestly it’s really annoying to me. I’d understand it if it was a few years old, but after half a year? I’m surprised. After six months of use, would I recommend this chair? Honestly it depends what you’ll be using it for. If it’s going to be used somewhat seldomly, then yes, this chair would be great for you. If you’re someone like me who uses it 5 days a week for extended amounts of time, then I would look elsewhere. It is comfortable for the first hour or so, but after about three hours, It starts to feel like you’re sitting on a rock. Ergonomically, this chair doesn’t have much support, even with both included pillows. I’ve never had back issues, but after working an eight hour day, I feel the stiffness in my back. If you’re looking for something that will help you maintain good posture and comfort throught your day, this isn’t it. It’s frustrating to spend that much on something, just for it to not be what you want, but such is life. In the next few weeks i’ll be purchasing a new chair and rolling this one to to the local goodwill. I hope this helps you out! Update 02/10/2023 I’ve now owned this chair for over a year, and as of a few days ago, I decided enough is enough. Recently I ordered a new one. It has continued to break down over the past year, and now I can’t even lean my back against the back rest because if I do, it will fall back. It no longer stays locked in that position. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to like this chair.
