Great quality product. I never did get the light working and I'm not worried about that really so I didn't return it. It would definitely be a 5 star if the light in the middle of the claw worked. I tried all kinds of stuff but haven't tried new batteries. Anyway, great product for the price, well constructed, sturdy, and I used it multiple times on screws that shot off into my computer case when I was building my new system. Had a minor issue and they resolved promptly. Tools are very useful. I used them right out of the box and found a socket I had been looking for, for hours. Save you having to get dirty or put your hand in dark spaces and not being able to see in there because your hand is in the way. Good stuff.

The nocry 25lb extension magnet is very powerful and the nocry company is fantastic to deal with. After using this magnet for a year my extension lost 2 brass shims that hold the extension in place, I texted Nocry and received a response almost instantly. I use this thing all the time! I was doing some plumbing recently (new shower) and dropped a bold down the shower drain. Was easy to reach with this grabber. The light helped me see the bolt. Very flexable and easy to use!
