This Set Was Purchased for my Son’s 18th Birthday who plans to go to Mechanic School. DO NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE SET. First of all the set came initially damaged, not the tools in this itself, well, at least not at first, but the rolling case that I was so happy about him being able to stay organized literally came broken, crushed with a hole in it. The sad thing is that I didn’t open the box because I wanted him to open it for his birthday. I wrapped it in gift paper instead and to my shame and his birthday party of a large amount of guests. The gift I thought would be so great and useful for him, was opened on his birthday, with THOSE KIMD OF DAMAGES Can you imagine? MY SON IS SUCH A HUMBLE SOUL, EVEN THOUGH I IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO RETURN IT TO GET HIM A NEW SET. HE TOLD ME THAT HE JUST NEEDED THE TOOLS AND THAT IT’S FINE. HE DIDN’T NEED THE CASE, AND HE NEEDED TO USE THE TOOLS RIGHT AWAY TO WORK ON HIS CAR. About a month later I needed to borrow a hammer which is part of the set. I was working on something and my son told me he got it and he’ll take care of it. He came back about five minutes later and said Mom, this hammer is crappy, it literally fell apart😳 A HAMMER FALLING APART is not only HORRIBLE craftsmanship but it could’ve literally been a liability and somebody could’ve gotten injured and severely hurt. It's a nice set and got all the the main tools for the house. But some brake easy. And they do fall out of the case spot easy. But the case is so nice. Can lock my kids from getting to them. Tool case is on wheels. I have another tool kit that stays in my car is a little more money. But this one stays at home. The bad is there is NO stander size. All metric. We have so many different tool sets that have been used, lost or just put away in misc drawers. I want to get something organized that has all of the basic tools. We have this in the garage and wheel it out whenever we have needed. It is quite heavy because of all of the tools so if you are looking for a lightweight set this is probably not it. Very cheap thin plastic trays with very cheap tools they wouldn't even stay in the case I like to never got the tools and Trays back into the small rolling container I had to return it because one of the trays were busted upon delivery however I wouldn't have kept it anyway because the tools just would not stay in the correct compartment I would not recommend buying this it doesn't function well the design is well if it would have been better made and everything stayed in its place ... show more
