I have not gotten it yet, but after seeing the good reviews from those with 10" kickers, I decided to go ahead. At best, I get an awesome box for the sub I have or at worst a decent bkx I jave to modify a little. Either way, I don't have the time or tools to make this shape box and with the price if MDF now, I might as well get it. The kickers published specs would agree this box fits with just under one cubic feet of volume, but I have seen reviews where they are recommending filling the box to thw brin with polyfill, just because another brand dors that with their boxes. Well, Kicker recommends for the Kicker Comp 10" to only fill it about half way. Anyone else wondering, I say what does the subwoofer manufacturer recommend for the speaker you have. All speakers are made differently and depending on the maufacterer, have different requirements as for enclosures. The reason so many say the sealed boxes work well, is because there is a 20% plus or minus margin of error.l with this type of box. Ported enckosures, the reason there are so many bad reviews, is because that type of bix is not so forgiving and usually requires EXACT specs depending on the woofer. For this enclosure, anything if between .75 - 1.2 cubic feet of internal space is what your specific speaker requires, then you should be good. ... show more

I would have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the sound of this box. I did change out the wiring in the box to heavier duty wire and carefully screwed the speaker in. Amazing sound, I put in a Kicker Comp 10. Great box for the price!

In my troublesome shipping experience with FedEx, I finally got my box delivered. The box sounds pretty good, if you ask me. I have the box mated to a 10” sub from Skar Audio. It’s not to much, and it’s not to little. I would recommend swapping the wires with a bigger gauge wire, but other than that it’s a thumbs up. (Take into consideration that this was my first day with the box) ... show more

    • Perfect size, I need more space in my trunk
I wanted something small that would take up less space In the trunk. The obvious issue is just making sure you strap it down. I used a alpine type r, and it's seemes to be able to handle the bass.

    • Great tube.
Worked great, used it for a high powered 8” Toro Force woofer. Had to add a ring to mount but needed the volume of the tube. Sound massive.
