The media could not be loaded. The device looks in good condition. However, for some reason the touch screen doesn’t work in the bottom portion. So I can’t get past the start up phase. It’s an easy issue to see if they would have tested the product before sending it.

Looks like it was gonna work great but I had to return it because it was the old style 3ds xl which isn't compatible to transfer data from a new style 3DS which is what I bought it for

My 3ds top screen stopped working so I ordered a refurb. All of my games are digital, so I had to work with Nintendo to switch the games from one 3ds to another. I ordered this one, came in nice shape, turned on and seemed fine. Nintendo would not transfer the games as this particular 3ds was marked for suspicious activity. I guess that wouldn’t matter for physical games. The 3ds was and is so great, Nintendo needs to make this process easier. Amazon should ensure that these consoles are cool with Nintendo, it sucks to have to wait for the refund and to try again knowing the same thing might happen. ... show more

the charge if its your first ds the charge on this wont stay for long but it also last a good bit but its most likely due to it being an older system
