I loved it! Thank you Ninja for this amazing machine. I made açaí smoothie and it got perfect!blended very all all the fruits, no chunks left, very smooth after 5 minutes. It’s a little pricey, but I’m happy with it. So practical. I wish it would come with more information regarding every cycle option in the machine. Took me a little time to figure out how to put it to work, but the videos on the QR codes really helped. Best part is: all pieces are dishwasher safe! ... show more

First Things First this machine is loud and not an Ice Cream machine in your traditional sense. There is no freezing or cooling done by the machine which should be expected at this price point. I like that you can prepare your favorite Ice Cream Sorbet, Milkshakes and Frozen Yogurts in advance the way you like it. Then the wait begins since this unit does not freeze. Two CREAMi Swirl 16oz Pints are provided and I would hoped they include maybe more for the price you pay since you got to wait quite a bit for your selection here. You can prepare 32oz off your own ice cream creation with two cups, so take that in consideration when you throw a party or show off your new skills. No easy refill after the first batch. Off course you can cheat somewhat and get some frozen store bought ice cream and run it through the Machine, who will know :) I seen some reviews where people compare this unit with the previous model. Since I do not have or seen that one I would say if its your first purchase and you got the choice and nothing to compare, get this one so you have the extra feature - Soft Serve Maker. We all know if you don't get it, later you will miss it so take the plunge. Build Quality is excellent in line with other Ninja products. Cleaning is somewhat easy and they say dishwasher save so I take there word for it. Also I like to say this unit is noise. They should thrown in some Earplugs or a discount code for some noise canceling headphones. And let me repeat myself on the additional CREAMi Swirl 16oz Pint containers, since the unit runs around $160 over the standard version some people may find it hard to swallow for the Swirl feature alone, some additional plastic goodies go a long way here ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is gonna be huge in our household! We all loved the vanilla recipe that came with it. It functions great and easy to use. I mixed a triple berry soft serve seen in pics and it was probably the best tasting ice cream I've had! Only issue some will have is the noise.....it is loud when blending to make the soft serve and during dispensary. Hopefully, like the rest of our ninja products, it will be a great machine and last a long time. ... show more

Love this machine, especially the soft serve component! However! The standard pint jars for Ninja Creami DO NOT fit the machine with Soft Serve. Couldn't find the specialized pint jars on Amazon and had to order them directly from Ninja. Also, they cost more than the standard jars.
