We order pizza all the time, but the quality and consistency is unpredictable. So we decided to get our own pizza oven and make it at home. This one was well rated, and the size and functions fit our needs so I ordered it. We love it and use it ALL the time. We got the one that had the kit that inclu
ded the stone, roasting pans, peeler, cover and sample flavor wood chips. The buttons are pretty intuitive and easy to use. We mainly use the Neapolitan pizza function, and on that dial, the pizzas are ready in 3 minutes so you have to keep an eye out for it and remove it when it dings otherwise the pizza will burn. If you're only making a few pizzas, the pizza stone stays hot to consecutively make a crispy bottom. But one time, we had family over and made 10 consecutive pizzas. The last 5 had soggier bottoms. So it's important to give the stone some time to heat up again. This is just a tip and had nothing to do with the quality of the stone or oven. This is a really great at home pizza over and we're really enjoying it.

Yes it's expensive but when you consider everything you can do with it it's worth it. I will probably have to replace the pizza stone once I have become proficient at loading pizzas and making dough. I have launched so many toppings onto the stone one side is almost black already. I've used the smoke
r twice for pulled pork and it came out awesome. The best part is I live in an apartment and even though grills are banned in my complex they approved this for use on my patio. Because it's all electric and has nearly no possibility of a flare up the management company allowed it. The only bummer I can't run this and my AC at the same time or I blow the circuit. Living in an apartment I have limited circuits so there is no other option. That's a small sacrifice for the awesome food I can make with it. I bought a small table as opposed to the legs. I paid far less for the table than I would have for the legs and I think I got a much better solution. The table has a storage net that holds my wood pellets and scoop. It also has a little room on top to put the pizza peel while my pizza is cooking. I did get the combo package that came with everything except the legs. The cover is nice but I've been using it so often I haven't been able to cover it. You can't put the cover on when it's hot. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone. For me it was perfect because I really wanted a pizza oven and a smoker. There aren't many combinations that are good at both and there are zero that are electric other than this one.

Bought this to smoke a turkey and it worked just perfectly. The flavor was amazing and the meat was juicy. Easy to use and small enough to pack away in the RV.

This beast of an oven does a fantastic job with brisket. The wood pellets making smoking easy.. just set it and forget it! The high flash cook temp, and then low and slow create that nice bark. It is heavy, stable, and needs space. We tried the pizza setting too and it didn’t turn out just right. Use
r error. The temp probe is our favorite part. Take the remote sensor with you so you don’t need to worry about forgetting. Read the instructions, it’s not intuitive at first

Was suppose to be for my husband for Christmas however Amazon forgot to put it in their package so he saw it. Eek He begged and begged and got it early the brat! lol Anyway…we have used it several times and even took it to our son’s for Christmas Eve where everyone made their own pizza!! Makes amazin
g pizza in 3.5 minutes!!!! Make sure you don’t leave the pizza make with sauce on them very long as they are hard to slide off the pizza peal since your dough is wet. Just a pizza maker hint. Big mess. Eek We’ve done traditional and garlic with all sorts of toppings including broccoli and speedi (look it up :) ) Even made chicken bbq pizza which I thought would be gross but actually was pretty good. Shocked! Chicken, onion, cheese and bbq sauce. Hickory is what we’ve used but I have the apple and he’s doing a turkey this weekend. We usually use our big smoker but is going to give it a go. Might have to do a ninja intervention soon on my husband!!!

This little oven works super well for a lot of purposes! It creates a lot of smoke with a very small quantity of pellets, and gets hot enough to make great fresh pizza in a few minutes! It takes up very little room on the patio and gets a lot of use.

We have used this monthly for our game weekends. Small footprint for my small deck. Can only cook one pizza at a time but no one wants to go back to hamburgers yet lol. We have found using parchment paper and building pizza on that then trimming to just larger than pizza helps tremendously with getti
ng pizza off peel easily and it can be pulled out halfway to allow better browning of the bottom. Love this oven
