Bought this for my son for Christmas. He is lactose intolerant and loves making ice cream We have only made a few simple recipes. Both turned out great. Froze Fairlife chocolate milk and it was yummy. Also froze eggnog and mixed in graham crackers!

This machine is awesome. Because it is so powerful it is noisy to operate, but provides some very tasty results. My favorite is the gelato recipe.... I tend to hide it at the back of the freezer and not share it. I had attended a bridal shower where great margaritas were served using a margarita making appliance. I almost purchased one but in the end couldn't justify the cost. Because of the versatility of the Creami, I can also make great margaritas, along with ice cream and milk shakes and Italian ice and sorbets. Very happy I made the choice I did. ... show more

This was sold refurbished. I thought it was new. It was scratched and did not have the manual. VERY disappointed in myself for not noticing. The price was not indicative of a used appliance either. Got ripped off.

I have probably used this machine about 20ish times and it is capoot. The shaft in the machine is completely stuck in the down position and every video and review I’ve seen when this happens means that the machine is broken. I am now out 200 dollars. So if you want a machine that breaks quick, give this a shot! ... show more
