I’m going to regret this purchase. The ice cream is too good and easy to make. We’re eating it all at once! The first two I made were strawberry ice cream and triple chocolate gelato. Both were amazing. Super creamy and so flavor-able! You can make lighter, healthier versions which I’m going to have to do. It comes with a recipe book and they’re pretty simple and easy to make. Everything cleans up easily too. The hardest part is waiting for it to fully freeze before mixing and eating! This machine shaves frozen fruit milk etc into a creamy treat. It usually takes two spins to get where we like it but it's fine that way. Just buy the 4 pack of containers and you'll have several on the ready. Example recipe: Bananna cut into slices. Size doesn't matter much but it has to fit into container so press or squeeze till it fits. Freeze a day. Process in machine. Freeze again and in a day or week whip it out and process again. Simply the best one ingredient "ice cream" you'll ever have. Add a pinch of salt and peanut butter powder if you want. Yum. Some say it's loud. They are right. Lawnmowers garbage disposals and washing machines are too. On the counter 10 feet away with my wife next to it we did have to raise voices to talk over it if we had something to say that couldn't wait 60 seconds or so. In short: Don't try to eat it if you only send it through once. It's noisy for a minute or less. Get extra containers the wait to freeze sucks. Bananna pinch of salt and a bare scrape of nutmeg. Yum.
