This is my first pair of night vision goggles and I live it. They are really a pair of night vision goggles/camera/video recorder. I was interested in the night sky and needless to say, the videos of stars I took are crazy. They are nothing more than pure energy, not solid at all. Very interesting. Very happy with this product. Clean, clear images. It works better than I thought it would for the price I paid. Lightweight easy to operate. It takes a little time to get used to locating the operating buttons, but not much. Buttons are located conveniently for operation. They could be labeled with a brighter lettering. I got mine on sale, it's perfect for scanning the hillsides for animals at night. You can see their eyes shining back at you and because it's infrared light, they are undisturbed as you watch them. I used an old digital camera tripod to stabilize mine. You'll want to stabilize yours, as the IR light sensor and illuminator can be a little touch with each other. note: this isn't the kind of goggles you wear - they have zoom by default so you're not tromping around in the woods with these, or you'll trip. These are meant to be used from a stationary position where the focus can be comfortably adjusted. You will not become an "operator" or doing any serious spying with these (they light up your face when you use them - people can see you from like half a mile away) but they're a suitable budget solution for having night vision for keeping an eye on animals or keeping property secure. Had these for about 2 months I like the flexibility of being able to use them at night or during the daytime. I really like the user friendly controls and to be able to use the over the neck strap to free up your hands in between uses. I would recommend these goggles to anyone the price point and the product your getting for that price is a steal. One thing I feel they should have included is a protective bag specifically for the binoculars. I plan on traveling with these and feel they would be better protected with their own bag when not in use. Definitely satisfied! ... show more

Easy to use and fantastic set up! Worked right out of the box and has numerous options to use in a variety of environments. Great for in home and outside. Not the best to use behind windows or glass, but that is due to the technology it uses for the night vision.
