The tent is simple to set up and simple to pack up. I had to watch the video in the add a few times and practice. But it just got easier. I did purchase a 10oz can of waterproofing and sprayed the whole tent before my trip. I'm glad I did. The first night we got an unexpected thunderstorm that was hard rain and hard wind from 10pm to 6am. The tent did start leaking water at the top. But it was just a few drops that would fall each time the wind shook the tent. Personally I feel like the tent handled it like a champ for as hard as it got hit with rain. Also again I did spray it with waterproofing a few days before my trip so I'm sure that was a huge help. I packed this tent onto my kayak and it laid flat on the rear storage barely over hanging my 11.5ft kayak. ... show more

    • Nice Tent Until it Rained
I recently took this little tent on a 3 day festival. While it was convenient and easy to set up, there was hardly any room inside and it did horrible in the rain!

    • I would pass, honestly. Unless you are looking for a one use tent.
Being light weight and easy install is about the only thing good for this product. Bought this for husband to go on one over night fishing trip. Set up was quick and easy, It was enough room for one person, and a bag or two which is as advertised. At night was were he had the most issues, he had all the vents open and there was constant condensation dripping throughout the tent. It was if it was raining in the tent all night. The next morning he exited the tent, and went to close the door via zipper and it broke, completely came off the track. Later that afternoon as he was folding it back up, it ripped. Sadly, we got a single use out of this tent. He tossed it and didn't even bring it home. In theory its a great idea, just poorly put together. 1) super easy to set up 2). Did not include guy lines or pegs 3). Packs down much smaller because it folds four time rather than the traditional three. 4). Instructions do not adequately show how to fold it back up. Most of the YouTube instructions are for a three fold nit this your fold. You need to search for “upgraded” 5). I haven’t used it overnight yet. It does only have one door and two small windows, so I suspect condensation may be an issue. Larger models have an additional one across from the door. I am interested but hopeful as to the waterproof status, as my other 3 night cats are very well sealed and handle rain super well. 3 lbs and much smaller pack than expected.     • Fine little tent
Got this for a motorcycle trip. Pops up easily, super light weight good size for one person. Took me a few tries to figure out how to fold it, but that’s not too difficult. Only complaint is that it was larger when folded than I expected so it was tough to carry on my motorcycle.

Simple to open but took several tries to close I closed the tent trice I hope I well be able to close or in the field where I don’t have a easy chair to sit in to close it I do like it very much
