Features

[ INSTRUCTIONS ] Use the Garlic Twister to "Smash" the garlic clove and loosen the skin for peeling (see video) this also softens the garlic. Place 2-3 cloves in the unit, and progressively twist while working your way down. Expect minced bits mixed with juices to come out!
  • [ REMOVING INGREDIENTS ] Pack into triangles (see video) by lightly twisting side to side for easy removal of garlic. Should you find it difficult to twist, "pre-smash" the garlic as above. This weakens the clove making it easier to twist.
  • [ GINGER & MORE ] First slice the ginger into narrow discs before placing into the Garlic Twister. See "Stir Fry" video above for demo. Try it for nuts to top your ice cream! NO MORE messy garlic presses, squashing garlic with rockers, grating, pressing or rolling garlic to peel the skin!

I gave this to my daughter in law and she loved it. I guess she put to many cloves in it the first time, it was a hard to work it. But with 3-4 it worked great she loves it and it is dishwasher safe. Great product.

This press is great if you have multiple, or large cloves of garlic, not so great for just 1 small clove. It's pretty hard to twist at first, but once you go back/forth a few times it eases up. Ginger is nearly impossible. It also needs some sort of scraper to clean in between the teeth, otherwise, you will be scraping with a fork for a few minutes. ... show more
