Unit works well no issues very quiet eco mode makes it even quieter opened box and gen was in a bag covered in oil I was kind surprised by this but imagined in shipping it might been tossed around any way checked oil found dip stick lose removed it added oil tightened it down put gas in it and 2nd pull it fired up ran great tested for hour I am very happy with quality for the price range got it on sale definitely was worth it About month update I was having starting issues with this unit I been using true fuel for it so definitely not a fuel issue it likes it choke and don’t forgot to turn the gas cap to on on top the gen there is a air vent for the longest time it was stalling out I over looked this nothing else I own has vent on the gas cap that you have to manually turn on when the unit is running other then that no issues definitely still worth it for the money Update July/2/2024 Unit would not start found unit with plugged carb cleaned unit and fired back up gen has 12.4 hours on it it does have a screen in the gas tank to filter fuel I figured that was not enough so added a inline filter put unit back together works fine but keep in mind if ur not handy ur probably going to get frustrated with it People are gonna say well, run, ethanol, free, gas, blah blah blah my opinion at 12.4 hours it sat very little due to I use it for job sites I would advise adding an in-line filter then there should be no problem. Still I would give it 5 stars due to it might been my fault time will tell ... show more

This generator is a solid piece of equipment. It’s quite, durable and has an eco mode for saving on fuel. It delivers a steady supply of power even in eco mode. Just make sure you check the oil before starting. This generator rivals any generator in its class and is highly recommended. Let me not forget to mention its portability. Every now and then, amidst all the inferior Chinese junk being sold on Amazon, you stumble across something that completely blows you away. This little inverter generator does that to me. Does it have the same quality as a Honda? Probably not, but it's not far behind, has comparable features, and is only a third of the price. In all honesty, if not for branding, I probably wouldn't be able to tell one from the other. It really is that good, with none of that chintzy feeling so many of the Chinese brands on Amazon have. The engine is smooth and quiet. It starts on the first or second pull every single time. The plastic is high quality, the panels fit together perfectly, and the whole thing is insulated from vibration and noise in all the right places. The engine runs cool even during the middle of a summer afternoon. I've had it running an air conditioner, a space heater, a hot plate, a little George Foreman grill, and all manner of battery chargers. It handled each without a hiccup (although not all at the same time) I've yet to max it out with any single.appliance. The limiting factor is the drop cord as much as anything else -I have a 75 foot 12/3 rated at 15 amps/1875W... no way was I going to drop down to a 10g and spend $150 on a freaking extension cord. I changed the oil after 5 hours at 25% load and again after another 5 hours at 50% load and examined the oil for anything metallic-- nothing. Just clean looking oil. I got it for only $299, after the seller's $100 off coupon... that makes it one quarter the price of a Honda. You could literally buy four of these for the price of a single Honda EU2200. I really couldn't be happier with it and it's exceeded my expectations in every possible way. ... show more

Ordered this generator with low expectations because of the price compared to a Honda, Yamaha, or Predator. Nearly 1/3 of the price from a comparable Honda or Yamaha and 1/2 price of the Harbor Freight Predator. Unboxing was easy and initially required the addition of engine oil before it was to be started. After adding the less the half a quart it started right up and was ready to work. This thing is QUIET!! The rated decibel is accurate. Has no weird raddles and has plastic / foam in all the right places to reduce overall noise. I hate generators simply because they are loud but this one is acceptable. This will power my RV perfect paired with my 200 AH worth of LI batteries. In addition to how quiet it is, it has all the features I required such as low oil warning, multiple outlets, USB plug, etc.. Thing thing is awesome. I even peeled the stickers right off and it looks just like a Yamaha!!! Would recommend to anyone! ... show more

So bought this is September to take with me over the road as I’m a truck driver and have an older Peterbilt the idea was to use the generator to power my electronics while in the sleeper. It has worked perfect for me. I gave it 4 stars for a couple of reasons. First it does not put out the power claimed when I try to run a instapot off this thing it struggles it’ll run it but it will struggle. Second reason is noise it is quiet at first but the muffler wears out quick and it gets louder and louder. Third reason is oil this thing burns oil not alot but you do need to be mindful of oil consumption. Overall I think it’s a great deal as of today I have just under 500 hours on it and really no issues. Is the Honda better yes it is but this thing works. ... show more

We bought this for my daughter's softball team to run the pitching machine at offsite practices. Very quiet, works great have no issue running the juggs pitching machine. Uses so little gas, very happy with this purchase.
