Some damage in box, did not hinder assembly or use. Could have been packed better from manufacturer. Internal box with hardware was askew with bolts all over the inside of the main box. Luckily, all were present. Took approx 10min to unbox 45 mins to assemble. Fire in the box within 60 minutes. Heats up fast, ran for 30 minutes to burn off any junk chemicals from packaging. Would buy again, even knowing it could be damaged. ... show more

I purchased and received the NexGrill 730-1046A with ceramic side burner. It took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble taking my time. After assembly, I noticed a blemished left front panel, slight damage on the left side hood, and and both side brace are brackets seem to be sticking out. See pictures for all three situations. I am the blemished front panel and the side pressure brackets. Don’t bother me too much from an integrity perspective, but not sure about the issue/damage with a hood. 99% of the time the barbecue was under the cover, so I really don’t care, it’s all about how it works and performs so I’m less inclined to disassemble and return. Once I fire up the grill, I will provide another update on Performance. ... show more

Bought this to replace my old nexgrill after a wind storm blew it off of our porch. Decided to stick with nexgrill since I was very happy with my old one, but this one hasnt lived up to my expectations at all. Cant ever get it hot enough to properly grill no matter how long it heats up. Have tried resetting the regulator, etc but it never heats up well. Would return it if I could but have had it too long. Wouldnt recommend. Updated - still havent been able to cook anything on this grill as it doesnt get hot enough to grill. Have tried different tanks, etc. worthless. dont waste your money! ... show more

The box was delivered with the grill set on the wrong side, causing dents and other deformities to the grill and base. A few parts were missing to secure the side heating plate and element. This grill doesn't get hot enough like previous grills we've owned. It takes a very long time for food to cook, and it never gets charred like we want it to be. Our neighbor has the same grill with the same complaint. I would not buy it again.
