This grill is not one of those gargantuan ones but we didn't need one that big. It's a two burner grill with plenty of cooking space along with a warming rack. Simple to put together with easy to follow instructions. Don't forget to purchase a cover for it!

The grill appears to be well designed. However, assembly can be a little challenging. I often had to skip to the next step to understand the current assembly step to better understand how similar looking parts were assembled. The hood was not properly attached to the burner assembly, and I then realized what the loose nuts and bolts found in the bottom of the shippingcontainer intended for and used these to properly secure the hood; there was no mention in the assembly instructions concerning this step. The owner's manual states that orifices for conversion to natural gas were included. Despite a careful review of all packaging materials, these orifices are absent. I intended this grill to replace an older grill that operated on natural gas. I contacted the Amazon online help center, but they offered to refund my purchase and not return the grill. I refused since I wasn't looking for a freebie. I intend to contact Nexgrill directly to see if I can receive these missing orifices. If that fails I will attempt to drill out the orifices to the closest 0.178 orifice size. The grill appears to be well made but fails with missing parts and incomplete factory assembly. ... show more

This is a nice two burner grill. I needed it to replace a larger grill (new home has a smaller deck). I can still cook everything I need for a family of 4, despite having only two burners. Of all the burners in this category, this grill had the smallest wing span when the side flaps are up (good thing for me, deck space issues). All other 2-burner grills were just too wide. Called Nexgrill regarding ơn missing part, they said will ship it out with in 10 business days. After 15 days I called them back, the says the parts is on backorder. Now, it’s over a month..still nothing ship yet??

The grill is nice beside my smoker for reverse sear steaks or just grilling stuff for my wife and me. The quality of some parts was not good as they were bended. that are the pieces where rust will start in future. Gave a seller review on Amazon, no answer. Did the same on their website, no answer.
