Went back and forth between NewAge and another manufacturer. Settled on NewAge and, so far, couldn’t be happier. I’m still in the middle of installation in my garage. At this point I can say that packaging was beyond what I would even do. Pieces were in super thick cardboard. All had heavy corner protectors. Liberal use of styrofoam inside to keep everything in place. Just a super job with packaging meant I didn’t have any damage. I’m a 62 year old, 5’3” woman and I’ve assembled all pieces and am placing them, all on my own. So far, not hard at all. Who ever talks about packaging. And yet, that was our first observation. The shelving was protected very well but was easy for us to deal with. Next, the units are beautiful. We put it together slowly since we’re in our 60s and did it in two days, working in the morning. It was easy enough and we decided to add an outlet in the middle of the slat wall and it turned out really nice. Very sturdy cabinets. Unfortunately one of my cabinets was dented. These are extremely well packed and protected, so I definitely blame the freight company. Fortunately the dents had no impact on the overall structural integrity of the cabinet. It took about 5 hours to put this together by myself. Not hard. Just takes time. Well constructed and seems to be a good value for the money. Easy to follow instructions and bolts together easily. I elected not to mount any of the components to the wall and because of this I feel I may have to fabricate a brace underneath the top center shelves to prevent them from sagging. They are not sagging yet - I had enough sense not to load the center shelves with anything heavy, but keep this in mind if you don't mount your shelving to the wall. The Seller mk1469 and NewAge Products refused to offer ANY possible solutions to rectify the issues and take any responsibility. Very disappointing and frustrating. Note this set of cabinets was originally selling for around $4k but have dropped lately. Also Backsplash was not included as advertised. ... show more

We purchased this set of NewAge garage cabinets along with multiple other NewAge products from Amazon to complete this dream garage. The delivery of the products were on time and delivered by a professional team. Not only did we find the quality of the cabinets exceeded our expectations, but the installation of the cabinets went quickly and they were simple to assemble and install. This set included the 12 piece set seen here. We then added the NewAge project center with the 42” extra wide locker. A 72” worktop and corner worktop completed the workbench. Finally we completed this installation with the NewAge slat walls and under cabinet lighting. All purchased here on Amazon. Great product for the price. I get a lot of compliments on how nice they look. There perfect for your average Joe garage. Totally recommend. Only issue I had was the communication with the seller. I ordered it with a stainless still top and they sent bamboo. I asked just for the steel top and they tried to send me the whole shelving unit 3 different times.
