Have an 1995 GMC K1500 in near new condition. Installed (what would have been the rage in 95) a Rough Country 4" Lift. Took my time and did it right. Absolutly Love the look I was going for but the included N3 Rough Country shocks were bouncey as hell. Wanted to tighten that up. Now it is near perfect to me. Road handeling is much smoother and Interstate driving is Very nice. On the other hand I would imagine if your driving on a bumpy dirt road, it could be a little jarring. Originally had Bilstien shocks on it from the factory being that it has the Z71 package. Folks with older trucks have a very limited selection when it comes to lifts. Rough Country fit the bill perfectly minus their N3 shocks. Love the Bilstein 5100 shocks! Made all the difference. ... show more

This brand can always be trusted, their products are awesome. However, the 5100 series are a little too long for a 3 inch lift on a 1995 k1500. I was forced to buy the standard bilsteins. I must admit I was not very happy with the expensive return process for Amazon and the vendor, which wanted me to pay $100 and whatever dollars to ship it back. I am very pleased with the perfomance of these shocks. This truck has a 4 " suspension lift. I put these shocks on it and it rides as good as a new truck.

Product did not match my make, model and year of my vehicle, even though it said it would fit, I had to pay $80 for return shipping in order to get a refund. Not to happy about wasting $80 for nothing.
