I ordered this unit as new-renewed from BuySPRY and added 2 year protection. The 16-inch late 2019 model arrived faster than promised probably because I happen to be in the same state (in fact I was not home because of this). FedEx brought it the next day. I let the FedEx delivery guy know that I expected him to come asking for my sig wearing a mask, it's likely he was a simple redhat. The most important feedback at this stage is that it is exactly the right model, it arrived with a charged battery and I had no problem migrating all my data over from an old MacBook Air using the built in migration tool. I was hesitant about buying this, but I took a chance and glad I did. Other than minor nicks and scratches, this thing is practically new! The screen is in pristine condition, and battery seems to be in excellent condition. Only a little minor hiccup was the S key didn't respond unless you tap it harder than just a slight tap. I bought a replacement S key and hinge from Amazon for $12 and replaced it. Now it's flawless. I am giving this laptop only 4 stars because the power adapter I got is a generic brand 87W power supply. ... show more

I was excited to get this macbook. its in perfect condition. The day I got it, I charged it up and everything was going great. Then, the charger quit working. To the sellers credit, they sent me a new one. This was awesome, but then the computer was also overheating. I charged the computer to full and timed how long it would take the battery to go to 0. it took less than 4 hours. I notified the seller who used the excuse that the low battery life is due to it being a refurbished model. This was a very poor excuse and a lie. No where in the description does it say that the battery life would be less because its a refurb. On the contrary, its says the battery life should be an average of 10 hours and says nothing else. Refurb means that it should be like new with the possible exception of cosmetic. So what the seller is saying is a lie. ... show more

Received item exactly as described. For the price this is still a great value in 2024. Little to no scratches or blemishes on the exterior and the screen is flawless. The battery on this model can handle up to 1000 battery cycles. The one i received still has over 600 plus cycles left on the battery. This model is also still supported on the new MacOs Sequoia coming fall 2024 so you can expect support and updates for this model to continue through 2025-2026 hopefully. ... show more

Overall, it’s an immaculate MacBook Pro. The only issue with it is, it doesn’t hold a charge unless it’s on the charger. Other than that, it was in excellent health and shape.

Macbook Pro MVVJ2LL/A CR 16". I needed a new Mac laptop but did not want to buy it new. I was apprehensive at first but went ahead and bought one here on Amazon. It actually arrived 1 day early. The computer came well packaged but not in manufacture packaging. The screen is perfect and the computer itself has minor scratches and a small ding on the top but nothing I cant live with. It's used. It has been working fine for me over the last month. No issues and super glad to replace my old Macbook pro from 2015 with this one built in 2019 for $1,000. ... show more
