    • Piece of garbage
I got this refurbished. I have had multiple problems since I got this. The keys are not working properly. The touch screen is not working. Then the battery is not staying charged. I work at a school and I purchased this so I could stop using my school district issued chrome book. It is sad for me to say that the school district issued chrome book is working better than this is. I also purchased a protection plan and they are refusing to fix this under the warranty. They are telling me that if I want them to fix it that I will need to pay for it and it will cost at least $400. I did not even spend $400 for the thing to begin with so I refuse to spend at least that amount to get it fixed. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have not heard back. The address they gave is a bogus address in Texas. Then I looked online and there is no phone number that I can find. I finally told them that if I do not hear back within a certain time frame that I am going to my bank to file a fraud complaint. Then file a complaint with consumer protection.     • It's honestly pretty good
I really do love this MacBook. It may be a bit old and has a few battery problems. But if I keep it charged it works very well. Since it's an older version try not to run several things at the same time or else it will run slow but other than that I love it!!!

I couldn’t be happier with this refurbished MacBook. It looks brand new and runs so quickly. No scratches, new charger, and battery life is good. I was skeptical buying refurbished instead of new, but I’m glad I did.

    • Slightly Disappointed
I’ve had this computer for about 3 weeks now and the exterior and condition of the laptop is great but I’ve noticed it does not keep a charge for more than 3hrs. I will have it at a full 100% and quickly starts to die if I don’t have it plugged in constantly. A few of the keys are worn out so you have to push them with more force than others. May seem like a minor issue but leads to a lot of autocorrection needed which is not ideal for those who write lengthy assignments. The sound quality also is diminished once it’s turned up over 70%, it starts to sound as if part of the speaker is blown. The last issue is the speed of the computer is not nearly as fast as my previous Mac which is actually older than this model. I definitely want to return this product but can’t afford to wait over a week for a replacement. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this macbook thinking it would be good quality since it stated “excellent” for the condition it was in. I’ve bought other apple items that have been refurbished and they were like brand new. The key board and mouse pad did not work as shown in the video. The left corner look like it was dropped.
