I just received this today, and also returned it today. It wouldn’t even turn on. I called Apple support and we tried to troubleshoot. They said it was a physical problem. I already added my own wallpaper as you can see:) It’s loads a little slow sometimes and it came with a few scratches but it works pretty good so far. I love it and it’s perfect for college and to write my novel :)

The media could not be loaded. I took a chance on this product as the price seamed like a bargain. Im glad i did when I received the macbook and unboxed it it looked espectacular well taken care of. It came with the charger and it looked brand new. I plugged it in and updated it as it needed to boot up. Computed started really slow but as it started to warm up it has a reasonable speed( keep in mind it is a 10 year old computer) but nether the less pretty satisfied with this purchase. Have no mayor dents or scratches i hardly see one on the corner but i was expecting way worse. I was so satisfied i bought my little brother one as well to start him off in his technology development early on. Would recommend 10/10 if you don't care for the latest models and what to do some work or use it to play Roblox online works great. ... show more

    • Out of date and not compatible to update Not what is advertised
This computer was supposed to be a 2017 or later but it is a 2011 and it will not support updates. It came dead and after charging for two hours it did turn on. If you want one that will do email or Facebook maybe but it’s will not support any word doc or even work with apps in the App Store. Totally disappointed ... show more
