This stuff smells absolutely horrible, so if you're using it for your nose you're going to have a bad day... but it works so well that it's worth it in my opinion. I haven't experienced any of the negative issues that other people mentioned. Regarding chemical burns - I don't have sensitive skin, and I've only used it a max of once per day, and no issues so far. Cleared up my skin super quick as well so I'm only using it as needed vs daily. Regarding bleaching of pillow cases, I waited a minimum of 30 minutes before going to bed and haven't noticed any issues with discoloration of my pillow cases. This stuff is amazing for drying any blemish up quickly. I haven’t had any irritation from this and I don’t find it has too strong of a sulfur smell. Sulfur never bothers me but I know some people are rather sensitive to it. Value is much better than you’ll find with more expensive brands selling the exact same thing. This works just about the same as the regular Neutrogena cream, spot treatment. However, it has a really strong smell that last all day or tell you wash it off. The smell also gets on whatever it touch like pillow, sheets, and clothes. It’s also visible wherever you put it unlike the cream that disappears when dried.
