I'm not sure how much caffeine I'm getting from these. So maybe it's a placebo effect? I don't know, but I do like the way the cinnamon flavor tastes and I think I feel like I have a boost of energy.

I will say that this is definitely an acquired taste as the monk fruit sweetener is distinct (at least to me), but the taste either goes away or you get used to it. If you don’t like cinnamon, be aware—The cinnamon flavor is very strong, so I wouldn’t really recommend more than 1 piece. The flavor, since it’s strong, lasts kind of a long time, but I’m also not a person who chews gum for a really long time. I will also say that the gum does have Sorbitol, and too much sorbitol will give you some GI distress. The gum also doesn’t get very soft (in a good way) after chewing for a long time. The packaging is fine and the product is easy to remove from the foil; however, I did get a pack that was missing a piece of gum—as if the piece was missing the top layer. I drink a lot of coffee and am not very sensitive to caffeine, so I didn’t notice any changes, but because of the strong cinnamon taste, it gave me a nice perk up. In short, the gum is a little treat if you want something outside of an afternoon coffee. It’s very strong in flavor, so it won’t be my go to, but if I’m driving for a long time, it’s a nice option. But be warned, the flavor is something you have to get used to, and know that the gum does contain sorbitol. ... show more

I love how this is packaged and there are multiple travel packs in one box. They are easy to access and the over all look is appealing. Taste: At first it's weird that's for sure. It's not disgusting or it wasn't for me. It was just different. It does have a cinnamon flavor which lasts about as long as your typical industry standard chewing gum. After consuming a few I'm use to it and it's not a problem. Texture: Once you begin to chew it, it breaks apart almost in a crumbly fashion. Once chewed for about 30 seconds it forms together like a normal piece of gum. Effects: My first time I had a nice boost. Some have mentioned a mild adderall effect. I can agree to that. It doesn't last long but it gives you that drive. Now after consuming it for while now I don't get any noticeable effects from it. I believe it might be enhancing my focus but if so it's not discernable from a normal day. Over all I like it. I question on if I'll continue to buy it as it's pricy compared to just normal gum. It's not a bad product and from how I felt on day one I can attest that it does provide a energy boost. I suppose it's effects differ on people in the long run. ... show more

I'm a night shift man. This is soooo much better than energy drinks. It works better and better for me. In my opinion. I work as a security guard and staying awake and alert are sometimes the hardest task. I would recommend it

Update Neurogum saw my review, reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of thank you Neurogum I have ordered three of these product and I have loved them but the Cinnamon gum is stale crumbly and just gross until you chew it a bunch. The peppermint did not have the texture and consistently issue. Since I can not return for a fresher box I guess I will deal with it. ... show more

I noticed no energy boost after an overnight flight, but I did notice the overly spicy cinnamon flavor that seemed to be there to cover the nasty taste of the gum itself. Horrible taste left in my mouth.
