Well, two is the recommended serving, but that did not work on me. Six, however, kept me alert and gave me a little energy. I am NOT recommending that though. Quite impressively, even though I ate six, there were no jitters or any kind of crash. These mints are the best and definitely a life changer , I take the mints to help me bring me a boost of energy while on a long shift at work they take around 15-25 mins to kick in they are legit on focus and energy the taste is a bit strong but taste pretty good mint flavor , they smell really good! The price for this product is definitely worth it for the price I will never stop using these mints . Great for relaxing also ! Quality is big sized but definitely worth it . They are keto friendly ! The caffeine works great, but these taste so bad. I’m honestly not sure what makes them taste so bad but I like all kinds of mint flavors and this is like mint mixed with…I don’t even know what.
