These mints are the best and definitely a life changer , I take the mints to help me bring me a boost of energy while on a long shift at work they take around 15-25 mins to kick in they are legit on focus and energy the taste is a bit strong but taste pretty good mint flavor , they smell really good! After the first 3-4 mints I got used to the SUGAR ALCOHOL and they slowly have become tolerable. Overall, good product it will never be a 5 star with the current taste. These mints are not what I expected, super chalking like sucking on Tylenol chews as a kid, and it take a while for it to kick in, when it does, I feel over heated at room temp and I feel like the only way to cool my skin is to get a fan on my face. I do feel a little burst of energy but I’m kinda upset I don’t get the same affects as others claim. I would recommend trying at a smaller QTY to see how your body reacts to it before going gung-ho like I did spending $30 on mints I thought I would be obsessed with.
