I really enjoy this bird feeder. The camera works really well and is clear. It detects motion quickly and is easy to put together. The app for the pictures and videos is easy to work as well. Multiple ways to mount the feeder and easy to fill with bird seed! My only thing is that with this version the AI is a monthly or yearly fee but there is a feeder to buy with the life time AI included if that is important for someone! I purchased the Netvue Birdfy Pro Feeder camera to complement other feeder cameras I own. I had seen positive reviews of it and was hopeful. It was delivered overnight, everything included for various mounting options, and good instructions for assembly. It does not come with the optional SD card but one was easily purchased on Amazon. I had a little difficulty with the camera formatting the card but through the CHAT feature on their Support page the problem was quickly resolved. I have not put the feeder outside yet (waiting for the optional scatter guard to arrive today to complete the assembly) but am alreafy impressed with the quick video captures and the quality of videos taken during the setup process. This is a great addition to my collection. I have pre-ordered the Netvue bamboo nest camera and am looking forward to using it in the Spring! ... show more

This is a terrific little feeder/camera. Images are clear. Physical setup is a breeze...it comes with everything you need to attach it to a pole, a tree, wherever. We had trouble accessing the app...but once we did, use it all of the time to watch birds ... and its identifier taught us we had birds visiting that we had no idea were around... I think anyone who has a mobile phone and enjoys nature would like this... ... show more

Fun device..can be addictive to sit and watch and take pictures. Everything worked fine. The worst I can say is that the instructions use a few terms that are not intuitively understood, but exercising a little common sense helps. This also goes for the indicator light which is green/yellow/blue in different circumstances, but you can see more than one color at a time, depending on viewing angle. But, again, common sense allows you to plow ahead and get to the desired result. There is plenty of hardware for plenty of mounting options, so there are plenty of parts left over after your one mounting arrangement. I had owned an older version that developed some charging problems, so this time I got the solar panel which is working great so far. ... show more

Update: I noticed recently that the performance issues I was having now seem to be resolved. (I do see a newer version of the app was released). This feeder is really nice, it's really fun to check to see what feathered friends are regular visitors. The AI feature is handy, correctly identifying the various birds that stop by daily. I'm quite happy with this now, I would recommend buying one (I have mine connected to a solar panel and have never had to recharge the battery) Original Post: While the build and camera are nice, the application (on Android, Samsung S20) is incredibly poor. Nearly half of the captured images won't play and simply say "Download Failed. Please check your network status and try again". There's no network issue, it doesn't matter which Internet provider I'm on. If they eventually fix the app it might be worthwhile, but at the current time this device is an unfortunate waste of money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The picture quality is outstanding . Great size Love different installation options provided in box. It was very easy to set up and install. Having lots of different feeding attachment for variety of bird food is fun . It has anti squirrels attachment that I haven’t figure out yet , but definitely will be using . It’s a fabulous gift idea. and I love getting notifications and catching videos of different birds . I am not impressed with night vision video quality . Overall 9 out of 10 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We ordered the version with the pro perch and solar panel and thought it came with AI- the company was kind enough to enable the AI after an email request. Assembly was easy but initially we didn’t have the solar panel cable in all the way but managed to fix it so it seems to be working with the solar charger now. Camera quality is great and hearing the bird sounds is so much fun. The AI isn’t perfect but is probably 85-90% accurate. The bird feeder is easy to fill. Initially it took a few weeks for the birds to find the feeder but now we’ve been getting about 100 visits a day! We got a 128gig SD card so are using that to store videos. It’s easy to save images and videos to our phones and upload to social media so that part is very easy. Overall I highly recommend this bird feeder. Customer service is also very responsive if you have questions or issues. ... show more

This was so easy to assemble it, it works perfectly, and so many priceless pictures! My only question is, for the cost, I am not seeing any way to replace the battery. That is my only possible complaint.
