So far I have made an Italian spiced meat bread and a yellow blueberry cake in this great machine. It is so easy to make anything in it. It has a great window, so you can see what’s happening and what the color of the finished product will be. It works like a dream, and the food was delicious. But I just LOVE this thing! In my quest to get away from processed food as much as possible, I added bread to the list. The problem was I wanted fresh, homemade bread without all the work. This thing is every bit as easy as it says. I dump in the ingredients, push a couple of buttons, walk away and it does the rest. The manual isn't the best but it's easy enough to figure out. The included recipes aren't great but the internet has plenty to choose from. It's described as making a 1.5 lb loaf or a 2 lb loaf but, in most cases, I'd stick to the 1.5. You're going to run into issues with a 2 lb. By "issues" I mean it's going to actually Mount Vesuvius your machine enough to open the lid when it overflows. I love the styling and the color is beautiful. There are a ton of settings to choose from and seems to be very customizable. The best part is I know exactly what's in every loaf I make. C'mon, the price is reasonable enough to try it out, right? 😁 Edited to add: Does it make noise? Of course it does. Is it excessive? Not at all. It's certainly quieter and less annoying than my grumbling about having to make another loaf of bread by hand would be. I love the compact size. Space is at a premium in this kitchen so I was kind of worried about that. Turned out to be no problem at all! Update: 7 months later and still loving it. It's been so much fun trying new recipes and experimenting. I use it at least once a week and it's still working great. Absolutely no issues at all. 😊 Update: 1 year - I honestly still love it. I use the dough setting the most now and it's worth it just for that. Dump in the ingredients, do other things for a couple of hours and the dough is ready to shape and go in the oven or whatever we're doing with it. Homemade buns, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, pizza dough, the possibilities are endless with only 15 minutes or so of actual hands on time and consistent results every time. There seems to be some bread machine hate on the internet by "purists" but I think if something like this fits into people's busy schedules and allows them to make healthy, chemical-free breads (there's so many chemicals they have to add flavor to make it taste like bread 😟) for themselves and their families, that's a wonderful thing. Looks nice, great compact size, comes in different colors. Seems to be a nice durable non-stick pan. They say it's ceramic, however it does not look like the ceramic coating found in pans in stores (so I'm kinda questioning that). One minor thing is securing the pan and taking it out ( I think they can make a more easier to lock in place, plus the wire handles are weak. I really like the dial menu and the buttons for weight and bread color (pretty simple). The recipes that came with the book I still have to try. But, I have to laugh at some of the measurements in the book like 2 &7/8 cups ( say what?? 7/8 cups??). The picture is of cheese bread I made using my former bread machine recipe book. It came out nice. I made a 1 1/2 lb loaf, the bread tastes great! ... show more

I just read through a whole lot of other peoples' reviews and I am surprised at any of the negative comments. This is the first time I have ever made bread either by hand or using a machine, so I was prepared to experiment it. In the days leading up to the Neretva arriving, I binged on Bread machine YouTubes. I found the instructions simple and easy to understand with one exception, when can I take the dough out if I want to put it into a different pan or make rolls? I'm sure I will figure that out with a bit.of.practice. I've made 2 loaves so far, one from the recipes provided and one from online, both turned out super tasty, I was delighted. The problem now is going to be keeping my bread consumption in check. Tip: the first loaf I made was a 2lb loaf. I had all the ingredients for a 2lb loaf but ended up making a 1.5lb loaf. That happened because I set the loaf size before I set the program number and when I set the program # it reverted to the 1.5lb loaf setting and I didnt notice. EVen with using ingredients for a 2lb loaf and it only turning out a 1.5 lb loaf size, it was still really tasty, just very dense, which I didn't mind. Some people say that it is noisy. I chose my dishwasher because it was virtually silent, so I'm not the type of.person who likes noisy appliances, but this does not seem noisy to.me at all. No it's not dead silent but.it.is only a gentle sound when it is kneading and not very loud at all. Cleaning is easy. As soon as I tip the bread out, I put Dawn and hot water into the pan about half way up and let it sit for a while to soak off any baked on bits. This also seems to help with removing the little paddle cause 2/2 times it has been super easy. The size is perfect for me, it fits into a corner on my counter so it's small footprint doesn't take up much space while it's cooking for 3 hours. It also fits neatly into a hall cabinet cause I am going tontry to only use.it once a week, so I don't eat too much bread. All in all this little machine was well worth every cent! ... show more

I really love this bread machine. The color is gorgeous. It makes incredible bread. The recipes are very easy to follow. The first machine I bought didn't work. The digital froze. The mfg sent me a new one. Great customer service. My only complete is the beeping when time to add ingredients or when done. It's not very loud so if I'm in the other room I can't hear it. If I want to add ingredients, I figure how much time I have and set a timer. I definitely recommend this for delicious bread, not to mention how lovely the baked bread smells! ... show more
