Printer is easy to setup and install label stock, No DRM on labels use any thermal Fanfold or Roll labels, Simple one button operation to calibrate label size if you change frequently. Works well printing from Cell Phone app via bluetooth and Computer via wired USB. Quick start card has QR codes that take you to short videos on how to set the unit up for each platform. Everything you need is in the box USB A cable, Thumb Drive with the drivers, USB C to USB A adapter if you have a modern machine with no USB A. But, it's a little not ready for the US. The driver still has a submenu in Chinese. Not the easiest to install but then I don't do much of that these days. /{Edit/update} It's a PIA on Win10. I could not get it to share. I ended up having to hack the registry in two places. Not much punkin'. The app (android) is pretty useless too. Unfriendly on printing - trying to get shipping labels off the phone and on to the printer. I did get it to work with my product labels and a 2" square if I buy special rolls. For the price it's not bad but I regret not just buying a zebra as I eluded too. Bluetooth is nice, WiFi was what I really wanted. / The biggest flaw is the gap setting in the driver will only allow for full integer millimeters. I bought a roll of round labels and their gap was 1.7mm and so it was impossible to use (and unfortunately return). The driver also made it impossible to setup for the initial position. What I mean is you could not clip centre of two or it auto detect the actual start of sticker. They do have some that still have the unused portion of the sticker outside of the die cut - so, they are said to work with it. I don't know how it will last and it is new, it's value for the price point but it's no Zebra. I'd still buy again. But, it's not quite perfected. ... show more
